These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of ragatechsource.com (the “website”). By using the website, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. These Terms form an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and do not need a physical or digital signature.

3. Our platforms and services

The website describes our training and upskilling platform SkilnQ, our job portal WillnQ (available at willnq.com (opens in a new tab)), our HR platform iConnect, and our consultancy and IT services.

• Using a platform, enrolling in a training program, applying for a job or engaging our services is governed by the terms of that platform or by your agreement with us, which may cover fees, refunds, schedules and responsibilities. If those terms conflict with these Terms, those terms apply to that service.
• Course content, schedules, tools and fees may change. The details confirmed at the time you enrol or sign an agreement are the ones that apply to you.
• We may add, change or discontinue any part of the website or our services at any time.

4. Information on this website

We work to keep the website accurate and up to date, but its content is general information only, and it is not professional, legal or financial advice.

• Results are not guarantees. Figures such as students trained, placements delivered and placement success rates describe our past results. Success stories describe individual experiences. Outcomes depend on many factors, including each person’s effort, skills and qualifications, and employers’ requirements and decisions. Nothing on the website promises a job, interview, salary, promotion or any other outcome.
• Illustrations are examples. Images of interfaces, job listings and checklists on the website illustrate how our platforms work. They do not show real people, real employers or live vacancies.
• Hiring decisions are employers’. Employers make their own hiring decisions and are responsible for their offers and employment terms.

5. Beware of fraud

Fraudsters sometimes pose as training institutes, recruiters and employers. We only contact people from email addresses ending in @ragatechsource.com and from the phone number listed on this website. If anyone offers you a job, a guaranteed placement or a training opportunity in our name, or asks you for money or personal documents in our name, please confirm with us at contact@ragatechsource.com before you respond or pay. We are not responsible for losses caused by people who impersonate us.

6. Intellectual property

The website and its content, including text, graphics, illustrations, design, code, and the names and logos Raga Tech Source, SkilnQ, WillnQ and iConnect, belong to Raga Tech Source Private Limited or its licensors. They are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. Third-party technology names and logos shown on the website, such as those in our curriculum, belong to their owners and are used only to describe the tools we teach.

You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish or commercially use any content, or use our names or logos, without our prior written permission.

7. Acceptable use

When you use the website, you agree not to:

• use it for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose, or in breach of the Information Technology Act, 2000 or any other applicable law;
• impersonate any person or organization, or misrepresent your connection with us;
• try to gain unauthorized access to the website, its servers or related systems, or interfere with its security or operation;
• introduce viruses, malware or any other harmful code;
• scrape, harvest or collect data from the website by automated means, other than through standard search engine indexing;
• use the website or its content to train, build or improve a competing product or service without our permission.

8. Your communications

When you contact us or share information such as a resume, you confirm that it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You allow us to use it to respond to you and to provide the services you ask for, as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information that we have not asked for. Email is not a fully secure channel.

9. Third-party links

The website links to third-party websites such as LinkedIn and Google Maps. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices. Their own terms and policies apply when you visit them. A link does not mean we endorse a third party.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Indian law, including your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Our liability for paid services is governed by the agreement for those services.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Raga Tech Source against any claims, losses and reasonable costs, including legal fees, that arise from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the website, to the extent caused by you.

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and forms part of these Terms.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law to bring a complaint elsewhere, the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the website. Before going to court, we encourage you to contact us so we can try to resolve the matter amicably.

16. General
