Raga Tech Source is an information technology company focused on developing and delivering technology-driven products, consultancy and services. Today our portfolio includes three platforms: SkilnQ, a training and upskilling platform; WillnQ, a job portal where companies find candidates who match their requirements and can also access consultancy services; and iConnect, an HR platform that manages the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
Together, they cover the connected stages of the professional journey, from skill development to employment and the working life that follows, and form the foundation of the broader technology and career ecosystem we are building.
We are not limited to these products. As we grow, we will add new technology products, platforms and services based on market needs and emerging opportunities.

Raga Tech Source began operating from Tambaram, Chennai, now its registered office and the base for SkilnQ and WillnQ.
SkilnQ and WillnQ, run from Chennai, joined by iConnect, our HR platform. Hubs in Tirupati and Hyderabad support training delivery and hiring partnerships.
